I was charged more for my stay than I was quoted. 322 vs the 262 I was originally told. The elevator inspection was 4 years overdue. The towels had stains, the room had water damage and a musty smell. Only one roll of toilet paper. Pillows were stiff and musty. When I asked staff about the increase in charge thinking it was a booking fee or something I was told no. No fee that is just what I was charged. No effort was made to explain the charge to me other than it is what it is. $57 additional dollars for a musty room and sketchy elevator? Never again.
