Not once was our room cleaned during our 5 day start. No garbage taken, no fresh towels, no restocking of coffee. Don't expect any bare minimum hotel service.

The hotel looks great in pictures but absolutely a different story when you’re actually there. The air conditioning unit in our room smelled very pungent like urine. The mattresses were disgusting , covered in blood and urine stains , only discovered this after accidentally knocking off the bedding one morning while making the bed. Lastly the entire building smelled like marijuana for 90% of our stay , particularly the last two days it got really bad. The staff was really friendly and attentive but definitely learned to not stay with this hotel line again.

Rooms were clean we didn’t spend much time there only to sleep. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.There was a lot of noise from the high traffic on the main road(our room was located near the road).

Red Roof Inn Boston-Logan is a great hotel. The hotel is modern, the grounds are pristine, and the room is clean. The hostess was nice, provided the hotel info, and gave us a choice of the room’s floor and we chose 1 because we didn’t want to lug our bags to a higher floor. Usually the bottom floor is noisy from people walking above but it was very quiet. The bathroom sink was in the room which sounds weird but it was convenient when someone is showering and you need to get ready. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice chair and desk. There was 3 HBO channels and free wi-fi. The stay here was delightful I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, welcoming staff. The parking lot had a lot of trash blowing around and we had some rowdy neighbors across the hall.
