The property is a split-level entry with one bedroom (3 beds) downstairs and the other two bedrooms upstairs. The living room was perfect for spending time in. The kitchen was well equipped with every type of dish and appliance we needed for our stay.For this trip, a group of my college friends rented thr place together so we could hang out when we weren't at our 15 year college reunion events and it was perfect for that.

Very quiet. We were there to visit Salem MA. Nice deck, stairs to get into house and stairs to get to main living area. Only one bathroom but we made it work for six adults. The shower/tub is a very high step to get into. Not a place for someone with mobility issues.

The house was very nice, definitely enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The house could have been cleaned better, we had to do a proper cleaning before bringing our things inside. The grill was dirty, so we were unable to use it. Definitely a good idea to inspect the property and document everything!!
