Lovely small property with thoughtful touches like cool water bottles & Nespresso available 24hrs. I had to take a last minute Zoom call and the front desk reserved the business center room for me. The rooms themselves are a bit small but very comfortable beds and linens.

This room was perfect for our needs! The waiting should be higher. The only think that I could wiuld be to bring ear plug for sleep cause de a/C is noisy. I was happy for the emplacement, very clean, and a good price

This is a converted space, not a hotel - I stayed in the top floor with a private bath, and it was clean, quiet, comfy and spacious. Can't ask for more for that price walking distance to the amtrak.

Good stay, older building but to be expected in a city like Boston. Didn’t realize the location is considered a hostel until we looked at the location on our map app. But I was sure I booked a room with a private bathroom so we didn’t have to share any of our space. Comfortable bed and room was spacious enough for 2. Bathroom clean as well. Easy check in with keypad on room door. Did have to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs.

No heat in the room, Couldn't darken the room plus and there were mice in the room. The host was very unwilling to find another accommodation or compensate us!! Will NEVER stay there again. Can't recommend anyone to stay there either.

My stay at Premier Bay Suites was awesome…just what we were looking for for a night in Boston. The room is perfect for a couple and check in process was easy and communication with the owners was great. Parking is a little hassle…we had to park down the street and pay of overnight parking. But a great experience overall!!

The check in process was awful because everything was done remotely. There were broken steps. The air conditioning had no directions and a fuse was blown for two floors. This location would be appropriate for young back packers needing a hostel, but not as a hotel. Inadvertently, we failed to see the poor rating on Expedia. Our bad. The location and shower were good.

Check in wasn’t perfect for us, perhaps it was because we did a same day booking, but since there are no staff, you are remotely sent an access code to the front and your room door. But with the help of the team, we got in. The location of this place is amazing. The room is small, but perfectly stocked with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. We loved this hotel and we’ll be back!

Pictures are decieving. Water damage all over, peeling wallpaper. Small bathroom, sink, shower. Stairs are falling apart. Felt very dirty. For the amount we payed should have been much better.

It’s in severe disrepair. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. The walls are badly scuffed up. The laminate is pulling off the countertops. This is just a random apt. It’s not a boutique hotel property.
