The site is under renovation, so we can’t be too critical, but the staff seem under-trained or under-resourced. I had a defective coffee machine in my room. I brought it down to the front desk. They could not provide me a new one, but promised to replace it. Still not replaced the next morning, and when I went down to the front desk, they handed me back what I believe was the original defective machine. Wasted my time attempting to use it. It powered up but did not produce coffee. I purchased coffee at their bar—they should have comped that.
When I checked in the staff failed to inform me there was a ten dollar per day fee for parking.
When I arrived in the room it seemed cold. Eventually I looked at the thermostat and found that it was set to 63 and cool instead of heat. My stay was mid-January.
The room had no safe, no microwave.
Altogether an underwhelming experience.
The only bright spot was that housekeeping came daily.
