Depending on your direction of travel it can be very confusing to find the entrance to this hotel (nearby but not-connected cannabis store has same typeface as Courtyard sign). NO included breakfast; lobby coffee shop is a bit pricey. Room was comfortable.

Stayed her to visit my daughter at BU. Clean, modern, updated. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food options were very $$$. I could be nit-picky, but i wont be because compared to Boston prices vs. quality, I was very pleased and felt like I got my money's worth. My only real complaint would be that the beds were somewhat old/worn out/uncomfortable, which was a bit surprising, based on how updated and new the rest of the property looked, but I will definitely come again. All the walking we did in the city, I slept like a baby the second night. Bonus: we had an amazing dinner at Margarita's down the street, highly recommend.

TV did not work. Even if it did, very limited channel availability. Ironing board cover had no pad. Had to put towel beneath it to iron shirt. Breakfast offerings were expensive and not very appealing. Just a bad experience.

Great staff. Couldn't turn off fan unit in room, but I was comfortable despite this. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to I-90 as well. The hotel was quiet.

The hotel charges a $10 parking fee which really is obnoxious. The hotel charges enough and should not be charging this. The room itself is dated. We went to the bar/restaurant and initially no one was there but the woman showed up a few minutes later. The "restaurant" was dark (no lights on) even though there was a family waiting to be served. The woman behind the bar was also the waiter for the "restaurant" (it's hardly a restaurant)..this was a Saturday evening. The hotel was easy access to the highway and mall area (although the mall is crazy busy) which is why we booked this hotel. Updating the property, including the restaurant and bar area and getting rid of the parking fee would make this hotel close to perfect.

It was fine. Unhappy about having to pay to park. Seems ridiculous to me. I travel often and am never charged to park where I'm already paying to stay. No great amenities or breakfast. Next time will stay at one of the other places in the area.
