The floors are laminate or hardwood. The people in the room above us danced and jumped across the floor in high heels or boots for several hours late at night while we were trying to sleep. We called the front desk 3 times but nothing was done about it accept to claim they had called the room (almost positive they didn't as there wasn't even a momentary pause in the noise) It was too late at night to change rooms as we were already in bed and I had my 82 year old mother with me

This was a great hotel! Super clean. Staff was great and the breakfast was perfect. Healthy options and a great selection. Coffee available 24 hours. Close to the Little Italy and the wharf. An easy Uber ride to all the places you want to visit in Boston. The only drawback was the room was small for four adults. All in all a great stay!

This hotel is very clean and the room was great. Bed was comfortable and shower was roomy and with good water pressure and temperature. There is a water dispenser available with cups round the clock in the lobby. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive and the shuttle driver was a sweetheart. Two minor downfalls: 1. The hotel is located on a busy highway, so somewhat noisy during high traffic periods. 2. When I needed more toilet paper, was told I needed to go down for it rather than there being staff available to bring it up.
