The room and hotel was fine. I was hoping for the price a bit more. The toiletries were not replaced when out, nor was coffee and sugar/cream replaced. The room was clean, but the fridge door kept getting stuck on its mat. The lobby bar did not have a bartender so it has hard to get someone to make a drink or order. The staff at the desk was friendly, but there was always a very long line to ask for help like directions or extra toiletries or bar service. I paid through expedia where it stated that the amount I paid online was the total amount and upon check in at this location I was charged an additional $100 and they could not tell me or explain to me what that was for. It was super close to my daughter's school, I would stay there again if the price came down.

The shower wasn’t installed properly. In order to turn the water on we had to call the maintenance person. The bathroom has a barn door and there was no handle from the bathroom side, just 2 pegs/screws sticking out from the door! Why wasn’t the handle installed on the other side of the barn door?

The train is right across the street. We walked to a nearby target, Trader Joe’s, CVS. Hotel is clean, staff is lovely. Our room was humid, but overall the entire stay was pleasant! The neighborhood is safe and clean and there are plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy, we liked Otto Pizza
