Great value in modern hotel centrally located a few blocks from Coolidge Corner and shopping, restaurants and supermarkets...steps from the Cleveland Circle Trolley. Condition of the hotel spotless as are the rooms. Rooms fine...on the small size but quite adequate. Nice breakfast...no freshly made hot items but what they serve is varied and good. Coffee available throughout the day. Nice large lobby where you can sit and talk or do work. I thought my one day stay was well worth the very competitive price.

First 3 days of my stay, I did not have internet in my room while I had a work deadline to meet. When I informed them at first they kept mentioning that every room has internet so should mine. After insisting they sent someone to check and he just observed my laptop is not getting connection to wifi and left. I needed to stay in the lobby and work there since I could connect to hotel wifi in the lobby. The hotel is sort of strange and it has a very complicated room number arrangement and a long and complex corridor system. On the second night of my stay, eventually they offered me another room on the second floor which was so far from my room and it would take an hour to pack, move and unpack my luggage while I only had 2 hours to my deadline. I asked for a room closer to my room or elevator but they refused and I had to work in the lobby. In the morning before I left the hotel, I asked for the internet connection troubleshooting in my room but when I came back the problem persisted and there was no note or follow up. It was only the night after that, when they offered a suitable room and I finally got the internet in the hotel.

When I booked Arcadian Hotel, Expedia’s website stated there would be no further charges. Upon arrival at hotel, I was charged an addition fee of $143 at the front desk. I have tried to resolve this through Expedia & Hotel. To date, I have received no response. In addition I have an unknown charge from the hotel for $92. I have attempted to contact hotel but they have not responded. I will never use either Expedia again or stay at Arcadian

Parking is not included it’s about $38 per night when we stayed. The hotel is like a maze. Staff was kind upon greeting. Breakfast is very basic just bread, bagels, oatmeal, some fruit, and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable for 2. Had great amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, sleep machine though a chair in the empty corner would add to the room. The only complaint is the heater was not working properly blowing cold air. The bathroom also had tile floor that was unusually freezing and unpleasant to step on.

This is a weird space. It’s like a motel that they built a building around. About half the rooms have windows that only face an interior hallway. It’s convenient location, clean and contemporary vibe but ultimately kind of gloomy. I wouldn’t go back.

Comfortable room, spacious, good TV and bathroom amenities. Very comfy Queen beds. BUT: The mandatory $33 charge for the 'fitness room' and for 'breakfast' is a stretch. Breakfast is coffee and tea (good) plus cheap English muffins, store bread and bagels, sweet oatmeal packs and cheap cold cereal. All carb and poor quality. Plus a few oranges. No yogurt or protein. Just so you know.

The room was windowless and there were few amenities. The “resort” fee covered a gym and a very meager breakfast consisting of bread, coffee and cold cereal. Most places cover gym use and very continental breakfast
