All the equipment is in the house (LL, SL, Microwave, Oven, induction hob, hair dryer, espresso machine, air conditioning, internet, WI-Fi, large TV with all the channels from all over the world, Netflix).
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with cupboards including a master suite with its private bathroom (shower and sink) + bathroom (bath, sink and toilet).
The house is 5 minutes from the tramway on foot, the center of Bordeaux is 20 minutes with it or 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes from the Arcachon basin and Lacanau.
