The studio is an outbuilding located at the rear of our property. • The Garden: This verdant haven is shared only with the two of us (the owners). No need to cross our house, you can come and go as you please, in complete privacy. • Easy parking: You have the advantage of being able to park for free right in front of the entrance to your studio. LOCATION: Studio Magudas is located 300m (1 min walk) from Intermarché. You are 15 minutes by car from the Grand Théâtre in the heart of Bordeaux's historic center.
