Located just steps from the town center and shops, its location allows easy access to the heart of Bordeaux by public transport: bus (700m) and tram (1.6km). Fiber optic Wi-Fi access is provided. This house, the majority of the former winery building, comprises three bedrooms: the Pauillac room with two single beds (0.90m x 2m), the Moulis room with one double bed (1.20m x 1.86m), and the Margaux room with one double bed (1.40m x 1.90m). There is also a shower room/WC and a bathroom/WC. The living room offers a comfortable lounge with exposed stone walls and a decorative fireplace. It is connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave). Heating is provided by a reversible heat pump (hot/cold). The garden, with its decorative stone well, is enclosed by an electric gate. It invites you to relax and enjoy lunch in the shade of a century-old maple tree with wrought-iron garden furniture. Children can play there and walk to the playground in the Parc du Vivier, located 100 meters away. You can park your car. Bed linen is provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras, payable at an additional cost. Heating is an additional charge: during the winter months, the heating fee must be paid at the time of booking. A Green'Up electric vehicle charging point is available (charges are extra and payable on-site to the owners). You are at the gateway to the famous Médoc vineyards, 14 km from Bordeaux and 45 km from the ocean beaches. Château du Taillan, an exceptional Cru Bourgeois Haut-Médoc, one of the oldest properties listed as a historical monument, awaits your visit in its 16th-century cellars, just 300 meters from our gîte.
