The room was just fine and comfortable enough. We did not use many of the amenities because our actual stay in the room was very short, but the kitchenette style would be very convenient for anyone planning a longer stay. The room was on the ground floor and we discovered both windows were unlocked, which would have allowed an intruder easy access. All rooms in that accommodation are ground floor, so we caution everyone to check that the windows are locked! Plenty of parking space.

Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable.

Beds were hard but it was the poor customer service that ruined the experience. Late night hotel clerk wasn't very friendly answering questions about pool and basically answering questions with a question. Made assumptions and took a photo copy of my Driver's License for whatever reason but didn't notice until after it was done. Save your money and go elsewhere if you have the chance.

The lady at the front counter was friendly and efficient. The room was fairly clean. The TV remote didn’t work so it had to be turned on/off manually. The chain came off the toilet lever so I asked to have it fixed at 8:30am. The young lady at the counter didn’t seem to care, A young man was asleep in one of the chairs near the front counter. We came back that evening at 6:30pm and it still wasn’t fixed so I fixed it myself. A few hrs later someone knocked on the door to have a look at it. This place seems to lack good employees.

Enjoyed my stay here, the room was very spacious, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. The pool is not in service. Overall it was affordable and comfortable.

Room was big, nice to have a full fridge and kitchenette, breakfast wasn’t anything fancy cereal frozen waffles and a few muffins. Hallways very dirty, muddy, garbage all over ground outside. People partying all night inside and outside banging on the doors, yelling and screaming. But you get what you pay for, we were into there to pretty much sleep as my son was in a hockey development camp. Booked a room with two queen beds git a room with only one queen bed.
