"It felt like home! Though beautiful, we easily immersed ourselves into this lake home and felt completely comfortable and relaxed! It was clean and very functional. The pictures don’t do it justice. We are already talking about coming back!"

"The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is perfect for separate parties or older children. The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are two separate bathrooms with showers. This place is kind of out in the middle of no-where… so while very beautiful, the WiFi is not very fast and cell reception is not that great so keep that in mind if you are planning to stream or game. Overall this place was amazing and we would stay here again! Thank you!"

"Close to several state parks. Right on the river, close to a boat ramp. Overall great area for a back to nature get away. Mark is a top notch host! Sweet renovated house. Very well stocked and equipped kitchen. May be coming back again. 👍👍"

"We enjoyed Floats My Boat River Home! This vacay home is very cozy and extra clean. Very nicely decorated.Everything we needed was available and handy. There was a little Smores Box with all ingredients you need for smores sitting in counter although we had all ingredients needed. Nice firepit with comfortable chairs, firewood stacked near by. This home is very welcoming ! Beautiful scenery of the Swannee River with great boat dock! I definitely recommend Floats My Boat Vacation Rental!! Our family enjoyed it very much!"
