This place was terrible and an awful shape. The garbage was overflowing outside as we arrived. The pool was not full, and there was a crack in the window of the pool center upon our second day our floor smelled like sewage there was some sort of problem going on in the hotel. The staff was kind, but the place was a wreck. Will not stay there again.

Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.

Best stay in Illinois!

Check in took seconds and our room was very conveniently located near elevator. The room was wonderful and the continental breakfast included breakfast sandwiches and juices and was restocked quickly.
