Terrible rented this room for my son's bday . Had to deal with cockroaches at breakfast table crawling .pool was so chlorinated kids skin broke out . Staff didn't know what I was talking about when asking for hide away bed . Water was priced 1.00 was charged 2.00 a bottle . Laundry washer and dryer was broken and they were up all night fixing it it was so loud . Will not stay here again

This hotel is filthy. Stains on the bedding. Stains on lamp shades. Mold. Bathroom was dirty. Drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay shut. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website.

Staff was pleasant. Room was fine and clean. However the beds were thin so it was not very good for my back. The toilet also leaked at the bottom but not a ton. Shower was old but still nice. TV was great and big and the wifi was very fast with no lag. Breakfast was simple but enough. Pool was small but fun for my daughter. They also decorated quite nice for christmas! Overall, for the price it was great!

Staff members were friendly and informative. Room was clean, but did not look exactly as advertised, not sure where the photos online are from (maybe the other location?) and was not what I expected from the listing. Functional microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker available. Hot water works and there are plenty of towels. The hotel is a rebranded Quality Inn. The soap dispensers and privacy card are still there. If you are looking for a cheaper (less than $100/night) layover spot in your travels I’d say go for it.
