The whole experience was terrible, front doors wide open all day and night with it being windy and cold as hell out. Picked this place for the hot tub which was broken, could t enjoy the breakfast as it was a cold tundra, and so cold out heater ran all night long and beer got up to the temperature we set itto

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Was given a second room after being unable to stay in the first with the same result. Vomit stains on the curtains, bodily fluid stains on the couch and carpet, and a fowl oder thats attempting ro be covered up by excessive cheap smelling air freshener. We were so disgusted we couldn't even sit on the couch. Left the hotel a couple hours after check in. Could not stay the night with the condition on this hotel. The high ratings of this hotel are completely misleading and had to of been given by hotel staff or friends of the owner.

The spa was out of order, which was the main reason we picked it, there was not many breakfast options and the food did not taste good. Our floors in the first room were soaked and we were told they were deep cleaned. We asked for a different room and our freezer didn’t work. I will not stay here again.

Not having the hot tub going was very aggravating and made us mad. We booked your hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. These things need to be kept up and open if you’re going to advertise that you have them. Also didn’t like that the outside door near our room didn’t need a key to get in. That security issue is unsettling
