Looks like no plowing or shovelling has been done. No ice melt. It is very dangerous with tje snow and ice cover sidewalk and parking lot.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator did not work and there was a cockroach inside. Check in was smooth, staff was very friendly and personable, and when we brought the cockroach issue to their attention, they upgraded us and moved us to a different room without hesitation!
