"This is an amazing property for the price point, because it's an apartment carved out of a single-family home set in a very upscale neighborhood in a pine forest. The main room is decorated very well (there's even an electric fireplace) and there's a full bathroom with updated fixtures, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There's a parking place dedicated to the apartment, right on site. The area is very quiet. No traffic noise noticeable at all. The host is on site and proved most welcoming and responsive to every need. The only limitation is the size of the apartment. There's one bed, period. So, two people maximum. I happened to be traveling by myself so it was just perfect for me."
