The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The coffee maker worked as expected. Two odd things stood out and were slightly inconvenient. One, there were only two USB ports in the room and they were not immediately obvious; in addition those two ports (on the alarm clock) were the older USB-A style ports, not the more modern (as of 3 years ago) USB-C ports. Luckily I had two adapters. Two, the bathroom functions are split into two spaces - a sink as part of the main living space and a separate room for the toilet and shower. When I stepped out of the shower, I discovered that the bath towels were near the sink in the main living area: drip, drip, drip to retrieve one. Perhaps it would be possible to provide the bath towels on the towel rack in the shower room?

I loved my stay there!!! The room was exactly as pictured on the website. It was extremely clean, the room was large, and the beds were VERY comfortable. I loved the kitchen counter area, the fact that it had a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. There was a big comfy chair in room and a desk. The carpet was clean, and the floor by the kitchen area and vanity was hard flooring. The bathroom sink and counter were to the right as you enter the room (rather than in the bathroom). I had never seen that before, but it actually allowed for much more counter space (great if two people want to be doing their thing at the same time). The staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast. I did try to get coffee in the lobby twice and there were no cups. The ice machine on our floor was out of order (I just went down to the next level). It was very quiet except for a little traffic noise. The laundry facility came in handy. The air conditioning worked well. The area surrounding the inn had a restaurant that looked like it should be torn down. That was a little disappointing and the whole area nearby wasn’t exactly scenic. All in all, though, I said to my husband that we’re going to stay there every time we visit. It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend.

The towel bar fell off the wall, sliced open my toe, and the hotel offered my husband 2 bandaids when he want down to the front desk to get a first aid kit, and pit in a maintenance ticket. I went to the front desk, the lady looked at my bleeding toe, gagged and offered me 2 trauma pads, then said, i hope youre ok! I put in a maintenance ticket!
