The so called ADA room is a joke. A wheelchair barely fits in the door. The toilet is tucked into a corner and not accessible at all. The shower head just dangles, there is no where to mount it. The bed is too high with no under bed clearance at all. The front door is not accessible without assistance. There is only one exit for wheelchairs; the side doors have no ramp. So in a fire there is no escape except the front door so better hope it’s not blocked. The front desk asked me to send a registration for a service animal and argued when I said there is no such thing.

I've stayed at many Days Inn locations but this is honestly one of the best. Good location, clean, renovated rooms, plenty of convenient parking, and helpful staff. A nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. The only room for improvement would be more carb options at breakfast. Only white and wheat toast were available, no bagels or muffins or pancakes or waffle-maker. The only available hot items were coffee, instant oatmeal and sausage patties. Plenty of cold items, however.

This is our third time staying at the Coeur d’Alene location. We love the comfortableness and cleanliness of the rooms. Staff are helpful. Parking is free. Great location near Riverstone shops and restaurants.

Mold in the shower! If you're going to offer a breakfast, one hot item isn't an option. Either offer more or no hot items at all. Lobby looks great, room sucked. Bed was old and I kept rolling off. Sheets were old and scratchy. Worst Days Inn we have wver been at.

Property is well located Riverstone, Spokane River, with easy access to I90 and surrounding area. Rooms are quiet, mine being a mini-suite and comfortable. "Breakfast" does leave a bit to be desired, with no real hot food. The property is generally clean and quiet, but also a bit dated. All said and done, value is good and would stay again.

Not clean, smells like mildew.

The outside needs lots of work. Windows were in bad shape. The facility was dirty and had a bad smell of mildew. Rooms were ok but the bathroom was dirty and the showers had ring a round the tub. The sink didn’t drain so we had to use very low pressure with the faucet. The lighting is poor. The curtains were old and from the 90s. The walls are extremely thin and I heard everything our southern neighbor were saying. That was interesting. I don’t recommend staying here.

This is a decent hotel for the price range. The front staff was very friendly and pleasant, welcomed us with a big smile. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a note from room service staff welcoming us. They had online check in and check out system, which worked well.

A good, clean budget friendly hotel. The property is away from the interstate so is very quiet, especially if you ask for a room on the back side. It is a older property but the rooms have been updated in the last 5 or so years. The walls are a bit thin, so noises do travel from the hall and other rooms, I suggest using earplugs at night. The breakfast is pretty basic, but it hits the spot.
