Our first room key didn't work in the door. They immediately gave us a different room. But the new room had trash that hadn't been emptied. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The room had a kitchenette which was nice. The bed was comfortable. Overall for a budget stay it was good.

They're renting rooms long term to crack heads and it seemed like every person checked in had a barking dog in their room or were in the middle of a domestic shouting match. Unfortunately, this trip, they committed the worst sin a hotel can. At 9:30 pm on Friday night, someone puts a key in, opens MY door and walks right into my hotel room! Apparently when they moved me from one room to another, the front desk didn't check me in to the new room and it showed vacant. Obviously it wasn't. That's a great way for someone to get shot. A real shame, it's a very nice property in a good area but they'll be out of business within 2 years at this rate. I won't go back.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice area. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Our ac was not working properly but the staff got it up and going very quick. The bathroom sink would back up from time to time. Great place that worked great for our stay in Birmingham. Would for sure stay there again on our next visit.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and parking space was good. My only complaint is the water was cold in the shower. One of the staff offered to move us but I heard another guess say they water was cold. So it wasn’t a need to move. Just turn up the hot water. Overall great hotel with a great price. In a great area. Also get breakfast that would be a plus.

Would not use dishes on shelves as they were dirty, covered in slimy goo yet still put away to be used. However bed was fresh and comfortable

This stay was very uncomfortable. It was extremely cold, and the heat was not working. It took them about an hour or two to get it fixed. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. Also, this room was supposed to be for a person with a disability, but it was not suitable at all.
