Love staying there the staff was really friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us when we needed it the rooms was very clean. The only thing that wasn’t great was the bed was a little tall for me (I’m 5.2 ) but I managed to get on it and it was a perfect night sleep.

New hotel needs better accommodation skills

Ended up asking for a full refund within 30 minutes of arrival. The first room we were given when we unlocked the door it was already occupied . With the 2nd room the bathroom tub needed to be cleaned and hair was visible throughout the bathroom and sleeping area. Fitted sheet had spots and when asked for them to be changed we were told that we could change them ourselves . No more rooms were available that we booked but we were not given the option to be discounted if we downsized . They didn’t want to accommodate and didn’t want to give us the refund originally when asked .

Pleasant overnight retreat

It looked to be in the beginning stages of a new ownership remodel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The common spaces, hallways, and amenities areas were clean and available. My room, upon entry, felt and smelled fresh and clean. As a matter of fact, cleanliness was my first notice. The furnishings and decor had a minimal modern look and feel. Cozy in size, the bathroom was standard in size. All amenities provided, including the body was, shampoo, conditioner trio on the wall of the shower. The full size closet contained an ironing board, iron and even a small clothes basket for your laundry. The kitchenette was well stocked and convenient. Full sized refrigerator w/ ice maker, new microwave, table cook top and any dish you might need. Quiet is generally my primary request because a good nights sleep is always on my to do list. I was not disappointed, I do believe it may have had something to with not many guests being in residence. I also got the impression that the walls and floors didnt have best insulation. I played it safe and took the highest floor room. I think being on a lower floor would have proved to be a miserable. Overall, yes I would return and yes I would recommed a stay to my family and friends. If i had one request it would be, "get a Keurig coffee maker" 😄
