.The room card keys stopped working after 1 day. In a 3 day stay. I went to the front desk for reprogramming 3 times. Even more frusting was that with my home town Blue Jays in the World Series, I was unable to watch because Fox would not display in my room. I reported the issue and they did nothing about it. There is no chance I will stay there again.

The place was a little shady looking when we first arrived, but it felt good after we were there for a little while. The only trouble we had - the lock on our door. Sometimes it stuck and wouldn’t open with the key card. Jiggled it a few times and it would open.

The room I booked was definitely renovated.The funds were unfortunately not used in the bathroom, it was a bit disappointing when you are impressed by the overall layout.. Check in was a breeze with the kind staff at the front desk.and thier hospitality. There are no amenities that are worth using because of the quality and conditions. However, they have graciously included a free YMCA membership during your stay due to the gym being down which is right down the road. Now for the real reason I felt this review was needed..I travel alone for business often, and I was very uncomfortable with two serious security lapses during my stay. The front desk reprinted my room key without checking any ID — just asked for my room number and made a new key and handed it to me. Later, I ordered a delivery and went to meet it in the lobby which is what i always do to keep my stay as privateand safe as possible, while waiting in the lobby, i get a call and the driver somehow knew my room number and went straight to my door. I told him, i didnt provide the room number.. he stated the information was given by the front desk. These actions completely disregard guest privacy and safety, especially for women traveling alone. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their verification and confidentiality procedures. I want to reiterate the staff were truly genuinely kind and honest people, but in business being friendly and following safety protocols do not coincide. EVER.

We arrived shortly after 8pm to check in. There was a long line of people standing at the front desk and only one person working the desk. The employee dehind the desk was constantly taking phone calls while the guests at the desk had to wait. We stood in that line for aboit 20 minutes. While standing in line, we heard other guests say that their keys werent working, or that they were put into a room with a bed that had no sheets. When we got checked in and walked to our room, our key worked, but our door was jammed shut. We got the front desk employee to come to our room door and he had to jimmy the door handle to get the door to open. Once inside the room, we were greeted with the stickest floor. When we walked on it, it sounded like someone had spilled a super sugary drink on the floor and didnt clean it up. The light switch shocked me when i turned it on. The water pressure in the shower was so intense, that it almost hurt. The bed was clean and had sheets (lol) The hallways shad and overwhelming stench of weed, cigarettes, and some very intense air freshener that i tjink they were teying to use to mask the smell of weed and cigarettes (lol) Overall, not the worst stay, but certainty not the best. It definitely wasnt worth the $150 i spent for a one night stay... and it definitely doesnt look or feel like the website listing makes it look and feel....
