Really enjoyed our stay! Gentleman who checked us in that evening and younger staff member ( with a slight handicap) who we observed cleaning that morning was the friendliest. Rest of the staff wasn’t friendly. Overall, hotel was excellent!

Check-in clerk's only words: "Hello...I need an ID and credit card for incidentals...tap there..." No welcome, breakfast info, check out time, elevator location, etc. Hotel is highly perfumed (carpet powder or Febreze?) and nearly noxious to sensitive noses like mine.

The lobby was great and so was the room appearance, however, the handicapped accessible wasn't that at all. There wasn't a walkin shower and there was just a tub which is really hard for someone who needs more accessibility. The beds were so uncomfortable and hard and made noise with every movement. The hotel itself seemed to be built poorly as you could walk in our room and feel that the people below us cojld hrar everything. The room above us was up at 4am and you could hear every step - it was awful.
