the building that had our room (there were several buildings) needs remodeling. very outdated and you had to put all your weight against the door to get it to open as it sticks. felt like we were back in time 20 years at a roadside motel

The worst hotel I’ve ever booked; I couldn't even bring myself to stay there for ten minutes. The smell was unbearable—absolutely awful—and there were lots of bugs. The sheets were dirty, and even the curtains looked like they were covered in grease!

The room was not at all what was pictured online. The bed was really hard. The floor in the room was looked like it wasn’t mopped recently. Building is run down and there was a hot tub in the listed amenities, but there was not one there.

Place is great for a one night stay. Close to Frankenmuth and shopping. THERE IS NO HOT TUB. It was filled in, so only thing is the pool. Very disappointed as after shopping it would have been nice to soak in the hot tub. Breakfast was sub-par. Not much of a variety. Staff on the other hand were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had very limited offerings. Listing said Hot Tub , was none. Water damage on ceiling above the pool. Air ventilation screens in pool area look as if they have never been cleaned. Only one working Ice Machine. Person in next room was using a charcoal grill and the fumes came in around our door. Ground level room.
