We had a very nice time there. We were close to the construction that was our only issue. We couldn't sleep late or take naps due to construction. I do understand the predicament. We will be back.

The resort was clean. We paid for a queen deluxe room and was placed in a regular queen room. After waiting over 45 minutes in our room, we went to check on our luggage. The gentleman said he was waiting on a bellboy. My luggage was on a luggage cart and I ask if I could bring my luggage to my room. I was told I could not, I would have to carry it up by hand. They only have 10 luggage carts for this large resort. He was very rude and not apologetic at all. We ate at Bayside restaurant. The $43.00 ribeye and potato came out cold along with the seafood bread. When we told the server, he said that was “Casio Food”. The room was hot and the air conditioning would not go low enough to cool the room. When valet brought our vehicle to leave, the gentleman got our ticket and handed me the keys. Never offered to help load our luggage.

I took my mom and future mother in law here to celebrate my engagement. We had a BLAST! I love the lounge that has a DJ on the weekends. Everyone was so friendly! I’ve stayed here several times, and I always leave happy with my experience!!
