We stayed in the King suite surprised at the price being affordable. It's because the train runs very nearby the bedroom. It personally didn't bother us at all but I can see how it could bug others. It's a great room, very clean, very comfortable. It's a very spread out hotel but has lots of disabled entrances though the hallways are a bit small. Staff wasn't overly kind but weren't rude. To get hot breakfast protein you need to go to the front desk and get vouchers and it's only 2 per person who goes up to the front desk. Not a great situation especially if you don't know about it before hand. The pool is great. Spa as well. But I suggest bringing your own towels down because twice my spouse called the front desk for towels for my kid and I and they only brought them once and only 5 which were immediately grabbed by a family of 5. My spouse brought towels down to us from our room.

Everyone was SO friendly and nice!!! The breakfast was delicious; it was truly the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! When we first checked in, our room smelled poorly, but they switched us to a new room without hesitation! We were so thankful. The new room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be staying here again!
