Masterfully rebuilt in 2020, this modern three-bedroom home boasts over 3,100 square feet of living space and a huge wraparound deck. Grill, dine, and relax alfresco or play ping-pong and Xbox in the game room. You'll love the built-in bar, sunny California room, and convenient covered parking.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a bed, futon, smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Sip a crisp drink at the built-in bar for four. The game room is equipped with a sectional, smart TV with Xbox, and ping-pong, foosball, and game tables. The California room features floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the trees. Sliding glass panels open to the deck.
