The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night rather then have a poor sleep. The hot tube was very old both the jets and water temperature were weak. Overall, good location, but the comfort and upkeep did not meet expectations.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Bed is a little squeaky. On the information, there will be available spices in the kitchen. But there’s no salt, only pepper. Other than that, everything is good!
