During our November stay, our front door handle broke off, leaving the suite unsecure. The heater only reached the living room, forcing our three young children to sleep in snow gear because no extra blankets were provided. While the owner originally acknowledged these issues upon check out and proactively offered a discount on a future stay, management has since refused to honor it. "Melody" was dismissive, fixated on naming technicalities, and claimed the owner would "never" offer a discount. Between the freezing rooms, hard beds, and rude service, it’s not worth the money.
