Perfect place to stay! Private area of the lake, got Lakeview room and it was a beautiful view. With a cute little fire place that works with a switch. Honesty loved the place, nice quiet place. Parking was easy to find. Plan on coming back here everytime I come to big bear.

Amazing Lakeside Lodge stay right on the lake in the middle of all the excitement! Great views from room and balcony overlooking the lake. Serene snowfall making it a winter wonderland! The service at the front desk was awesome, very kind. Highly recommend visiting. Breakfast on the go and warm coffee! Can’t wait to come back!

The lodge is right on the edge of the lake and they have barbecues and picnic tables. The room has refrigerator and microwave a little balconies. There’s a little coffee maker and they have a continental breakfast in the morning of cereal and a few pastries with some fruit. We thought it was an exceptional value for the price.

The young man at check-in was very kind. And that lady they checked us out was also very kind. The atmosphere is great. It’s far from the highway so there’s no street noise like we had at the other places we stayed at and it’s literally on the shores of the lake so you can go for an early morning swim. Definitely a cool place to chill out and they also have a barbecue grill on the Lake Shore if you want to roast some vegetables.
