This property is very nice and I'd recommend it if you are visiting the Big Bear Lake ares. The room was wonderful with a nice balcony/outdoor seating and a fireplace in the room. They also have a nice bar for a drink after the day and before retiring for the night and a wonderful breakfast "spread".

The community area is quite lovely but getting to your room is difficult with elevator/stair situation carrying your bags, etc. Hotel layout is confusing other than the first floor. We chose this hotel partly because of advertised spa but it was broken. Should have disclosed. Not to be so negative, we enjoyed our stay. Great staff, breakfast, clean room

The room was really nice and It is so worth spending the extra money for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! The free breakfast in the morning was great. Scrambled eggs sausage/bacon. Jacuzz and pool area were really nice too! I left my new gold chain there by mistake and housekeeping turned It in. They shipped It to my house which I thought was amazing! Solid place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m a realtor from Orange County who was up looking at property for a client. I was traveling with my amputee service dog, and Penny could not have been more accommodating to me and my pup!! I can’t wait to go back and stay there once I get my property in escrow. Beautiful property and the most friendly staff. The gentleman at breakfast cooking for us was also extremely kind.
