You’ll have full access to the property, except for a few storage closets where we keep supplies & linens and the playhouse. The garage is for owner use only.

As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
