Comfortable stay woth great service

The amenities were good (yay for warm cookies at checkin!). The room was nicely appointed and comfortable but the windows were so dirty we could barely see out.

Spent the day waking all around in D.C. and was exhausted when checking in (Gaithersburg is on our drive back home). The desk clerk was great, even offering warm chocolate chip cookies to soothe us. The room, elevators, halls, and lobby were absolutely spotless. Was originally planning on finding a place for dinner, but was so tired we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. FANTASTIC food and service from the staff! We will most certaibnly be back on our next trip to D.C.!

Loved the layout in the room and the fact there was a smart tv is amazing! Stephen was great on being able to update and check on the stay. The room size was incredible and loved the privacy on the room along with room size. Thanks for the fact signed up for Hilton honor I also received a cookie which I truly appreciated. Parking was great as plenty of space and not too much of a hassle to get back to room. The area was incredible as well since close to a lot of food options and shopping! Would definitely return for another stay!!

I kept debating on the Holiday Inn or the DoubleTree.. I am very happy that I decided to go with DoubleTree. The hotel is beautiful. Honestly upset that we only had one night to spend there. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.
