Beautiful farm setting just outside of DC near Potomac River, Seneca Creek State Park, Caleva, Riley's Lock on the C & O Trail, Sugarloaf Mountain, Black Hill Regional Park, WineRidgeVineyards, Rockland Farms, and Maryland SportsPlex. 25-40 mins to Washington DC, Baltimore, and Frederick.

Pool/Hot Tub Area is available to guests during their stay. Pool/Hot Tub is typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on weather. No lifeguard on duty. Additional fees are required for pool and hot tub access during your stay. Guest must make arrangements with host prior to checkin to confirm availability, fees and reserve pool and/or hot tub for your stay.

Pleasant Hill

Beautiful property and neighborhood, with lovely view of fields and pastures. House was lovely, clean, comfortable, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Hosts and owners were very hospitable and accommodating.
