The room was in decent shape however the glass bathroom door had huge gaps so there was no privacy. The gym equipment was definitely outdated and half the machines didn’t work. It was freezing outside so getting from the 5th floor garage to inside the hotel was a process. Elevators inside the hotel were freezing.

It was fine. Nothing bad nothing great. Perfect for stopping in for an overnight on my way south. Staff at front desk was very timid and when I said my heater was making lots of noise instead of moving me immediately she said she would send someone up - they didn’t show after 30 minutes so I asked to be moved which she did.

Overall, my stay was okay, but be aware that this hotel charges extra for almost everything. They require a $50 per night deposit, which adds up quickly, and parking is an additional $20 per night—surprising given that the area isn’t a high-demand parking location. There is no free breakfast, which feels like a miss considering the price point and added fees. The room itself was fine, but it lacked basic storage—no drawers to store clothes, which made longer stays inconvenient. Interestingly, the room is designed with a fitness focus and even includes workout equipment, which some guests may appreciate, but that doesn’t fully make up for the missing essentials. Staff interactions were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which didn’t help offset the nickel-and-diming feel of the stay. Bottom line: The hotel is acceptable in terms of cleanliness and concept, but the constant extra charges and lack of warmth make it hard to recommend. I would not stay here again.
