This hotel was so stylish and clean that my husband and I were able to relax comfortably. The Canopy Hotel in Baltimore is nice too, but the Canopy Hotel in Bethesda is even better — not only is the hotel great, but there are also many good restaurants, coffee shops, and places to shop nearby.

Call and ask questions about parking.

The bathroom sink was still dirty with hair. I hate a dirty sink when I know I didn’t do it. Also I didn’t know about the parking situation. They have self park but it’s not straight to the hotel you have to leave the property. Valet is $45. So I ended up doing valet and I still got charged for parking for self park. I went to the front desk and gave my concerns and they would only reimburse me for one day of parking and not 2. So I paid $85 for one night of parking.

The hotel, staff, and room were nice. The areas for improvement are: The beds - They were so hard that it was difficult to sleep and woke up aches. The "mini-fridge"/cooling drawer - what is the purpose if it is not for food or medication.

The hotel has a great esthetic and vibe. The staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant is superb. The location is great for taking a walk or doing a little shopping. I wish I had a longer stay.

I have stayed here at least 10 times it's always a great hotel. The rate seem to have gone up lately but they said that's based on occupancy. A strange thing happened last time I was there when I left the room temporarily the safety Lock engaged on the door and locked from the inside. The hotel manager and the maintenance man were quick to help remediate the situation. I appreciate them
