The open-concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living area, with direct access to a private patio and garden overlooking a wooded ravine and small waterfall—perfect for unwinding after a day on the trails. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.



Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary bedroom overlooks the peaceful ravine, while the second bedroom faces the street and includes a large, comfortable bean bag along with board games and children’s books—making it a great space for relaxing. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo.



With clean, modern finishes and new construction throughout, the cabin feels fresh, inviting, and easy to settle into. Located just minutes from downtown Bentonville with direct ride-in/ride-out trail access, it’s an ideal home base for both outdoor adventure and exploring the area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Parking is available on-site in the space to the left of the home. You will be sent your door code and check-in instructions 48 hours before your reservation.
