Beautiful,quite, comfortable. Kevin and Emma are great people too work with. I will stay here again. Did I mention it is really beautiful. The laundry and game room are very user friendly. The outdoor shower is fun. Everything is excellent, you will not be disappointed. The only sad thing to say is, we have to leave to go home.

The room and the property are well laid out. It was very clean and welcoming upon my arrival. The communication prior to my arrival and the check-in process were great. The location was great, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to go into town when you wanted. Access to the Back 40 trails could not be better. Excellent place to stay and excellent host.

An outstanding property. The easy pluses, is its' location. 6 miles from downton Bentonville, access to Bella Vista Back 40 is across the street, and only 3 miles to most other trail heads. The amazing parts: The property is a remodelled farm house, done exquisitely. A clean welcoming interior design. Everything you would want and then the hosts added more to assure your comfort. The shared room space was also fantastic. Great place to hang out, play games, watch sports, do laundry. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful and easy, and then more. The outside patio was a great space with matching barbecues for each room. The outdoor enclosed private shower was perfect for cleaning up, without tracking dirt into the home. The outdoor bikewash area was equally fantastic for the bikes. Again, everything you needed was there. I would come back to this property anytime.

Immaculate and adorable!

This was a perfect getaway for us! The property was beautiful with attention to details. Loved all the amenities, including the common room and porch off the barn. Our bed was so comfortable as well. I can’t say enough how happy we are that we chose Fox Hill Farm. Can’t wait to plan another trip! Bentonville will be missed.

Great stay at Fox Hill Farm

We come to the area frequently. Fox Hill Farm will definitely be a repeat for us. We had everything we needed. Shower is great, furniture and bedding were comfortable. Hosts were informative and readily available. Great location, feels like you are away from everything but close to everything at the same time. We would definitely recommend this rental. We loved everything about it.

This place was so perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing weekend get-a-way. The location is easy access to the Back 40/Snow Bird tail head. It's in close proximity to Starbucks (which is really all that matters, right...LOL). It's just a short drive to most Bella Vista restaurants and the north side of Bentonville. The farmhouse decor is meticulously charming and perfectly feng-shui. We have never really been a fan of the contemporary motifs where everything is painted white or light grey. We prefer warm colors. This cabin effectively combined both a contemporary minimalistic approach with the warm wood tones of the stables it was named for. It's just so perfectly warm, inviting, and comfy. There was plenty of hot water, plenty of kitchen supplies, a comfy bed, very nice linens, soft bath towels, and the mini-split climate control worked perfectly at maintaining a pleasant temperature. They also do not skimp on paper products. Some VRBOs pinch pennies and buy the cheapest paper towels and toilet paper they can find but this place provided the good stuff! That may seem petty to some people but it's a detail we certainly appreciated. They have a place to securely lock up your bikes (don't forget to bring your own lock), a washing station to clean the bikes, and an outdoor shower to wash off excess trail dirt/mud before entering the nice clean cabin. The outdoor patio and BBQ grill is a super nice nice touch. We will certainly stay here again!
