"When we checked in it was already 10 pm. We walked into our room that was 77 degrees. We thought we had it set to cool, however after 45 minutes it was up to 79 degrees. We called the front desk and they initially made us seem like idiots that didn’t know how to use the control panel. Eventually someone came down to look at it and told us that it was certainly broken but they needed to go see what they could do about it. He came back and told us we could stay in the sweltering room until 8 am when maintenance came back on staff, or move rooms. We opted to move rooms, assuming it would be an equivalent room. Although it was another king room, it was smaller. We were glad that on an extremely busy weekend they were able to accommodate moving us, however we wish there had been some follow up or offer of compensation for the smaller room. "

"Brett’s townhouse was a great choice for our wknd stay in State College. Lots of space, very clean & comfortable, located adjacent to the airport and less than 10 minutes from Bryce Jordan/Beaver Stadium. During our stay, Brett reached out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this place if you're in town for a sporting event or campus activity! "
