Appartamento Tesoro B is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a small private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Bellagio, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Tesoro B is located on the second floor. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Tesoro B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Laundry room
A laundry room is on the first floor. You will be able to enter it from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
