Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The hotel falsely advertised that the rooms had air conditioning. We specifically chose this place because they confirmed there was AC, but when we arrived, there was none. Sleeping in the intense heat and humidity was almost impossible, and it completely ruined our stay. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are honest about the facilities they actually provide.
