Beautiful home 3rd from the beach. There is a stunning granite kitchen with custom cherry cabinetry, a built-in refrigerator, convection microwave, Thermador cook top, and Kitchen Aid appliances. The home has 3 living areas-one on each floor, an elevator, 5 bedrooms, and 4 full and 2 half baths. Ocean views from both the main and roof-top decks. In addition to the beds listed above, there is also another queen sofa bed. Property rents Friday - Friday (avoid all that Saturday rental traffic). No smoking please. The beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner, but cannot be guaranteed. BRAND NEW FOR 2023 HEATED INGROUND POOL.
Dogs up to 35lbs acceptable. Must be treated with flea & tick. Additional pet fee and deposit.
