Great roomy family home in Beach Haven Terrace. Close to the ocean 2.5 blocks with a traffic light to cross and steps to the bay for crabbing and fishing. Nice quiet location but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Pillows and blankets provided. , .,No parking on pebbled area. Only on paved driveway and street.. No pets . Garage is not available to tenants. No dishwasher . No unattended guests under 25 yr old permitted. Home is pet free. Tenant has choice of $1000 refundable security or a reduced $500 refundable security with purchase of the damage insurance.. Weekends available off season.
