This large, comfortable, single family home is located on a lagoon in Harvey Cedars. Attention to detail has been taken in this beautifully furnished and stocked home. First floor features a roomy, open floor plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and double doors opening onto a huge screened porch. A full bath, laundry, and a den/ bedroom are at the end of the hall. Den/bedroom has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed, TV and chairs. Second floor features a large master suite with a deck overlooking the lagoon, two additional bedrooms and a full bath. There is an elevator for your use (see realtors comments) - adult supervision required for children's use. Launch your kayak on the lagoon, sit out on the patio to enjoy the sunset,, or the firepit or take a very short walk to the beach. Pet free
