"Nos encantó el.servicio del personal, especialmente de su Gerente Johan, de Ramonita en Recepción, de Edgar Quezada en el Bufete y el de Ismael qué nos atendió en la cena romántica. Además de todo el equipo que compone el servicio al cliente. Un Hotel muy acogedor con unas vistas y atardeceres espectaculares. Lo recomiendo."

"Terrible liquor selection, bars were not stocked up and there was nothing available. Bartenders were extremely slow and most didn’t know how to make anything. Beverage manager needs to be replaced with someone with more knowledge and do better job hiring bar staff. For was good but inconsistent. Rooms were kept clean at all hours. This resort is at an awesome location and has the potential to be great. Paying extra to be prefer did not see any difference from prefer to regular, buffet was better than most prefer restaurants."
