Rooms look nothing like pictures. Two days in a row bugs kept coming out. If you have neighbors if they talk you can hear everything in your room. Probably one of the worst stays ever. Told the staff and they acted like they didn’t care. Do not book.

would not recommend. tub clogged. hotel felt like a hospital or a school. room was a vinyl floor had to wear flips flops around. road noise was loud in the room while sleeping. pick a different hotel.

I have lived staying at Tru hotels in different cities. This room had thin walls. I woke up to snoring from the room next me. But other than that it was a good stay. The people at check in are always so nice.
