Staff was courteous however we requested a quiet room/floor while watching a large family eating pizza and wings laying all over the floors and furniture in the lobby. We were placed in a room off the elevator. Kids racing in the hallway was a great way to fall asleep after making an 8 hour drive.

The staff member that check me in charged me twice because she stated Expedia’s card was declined. After speaking with two other staff members it was determined that the staff member did not take off the tax causing the card to decline. After paying at the hotel it was discovered that the room was $30 cheaper then what I paid with Expedia.
