Upon check in I was informed the elevator was not working . Only way to room was via stairs . Was not possible for my husband to walk up multiple flights of stairs . Had to find another hotel . Not sure if I will get my money back . This information should have been made available to me prior to checking in so that I could have made new reservation. This led to us trying to find a hotel in the middle of the night in a city we did it know after driving all day .

Horrible

The room was disgusting. Had pubic hair all over bathroom toilet and tub. Was very nasty floors and tub. Had food all over pillows and they had to change me to 3 different rooms and all were the same exact way very nasty. The air conditioner didnt work because all the dust build up on it and they had no working elavator. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We walked in and it smelled like feces, I nearly vomited, in addition, the lift was broken and the stairs were falling apart. Once we got to our room it was filthy and stained. The bathtub was poorly installed and the interior was chipping in large chunks. We didn't stay, and I couldn't even get a refund for being scammed like that.

This place is horrible the elevator was broken had to walk upstairs the stair well smelled terrible the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling noisy noisy you can hear the people above us running and jumping around the sheets had stains and the pool was dirty I would not recommend this hotel

Elevator was out of service and my wife is on oxygen and had seizures because she had to take the stairs to the second floor. They haven’t returned my deposit or my money for the day I checked out early because of my wife’s car condition and their inability to provide proper lodging for my family and I.
