Starting right off, we were given keys to an already occupied room. That wasn't fun. At all. When we got a new set of keys for a different room, everything was ok. There was pee stains on the toilet. The room stayed hotter than we liked. (We did adjust the thermostat but it didn't stay at the temperature we set it to.). Breakfast was good.

Room was switched 3 times due to uncleanliness. Hair in the sheets, stains on the sheets. However, the nice woman who worked there, made sure the 3rd room was clean before we entered into it and gave my children comped treats and drinks to apologize. Housekeeping must have went very downhill since the last time I stayed here.

I've stayed here many times and was always impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Not this time. This place has completely gone downhill. My room was filthy. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet, light switches covered in who knows what. Lamp shades stained. Dust everywhere. No toiletries in the bathroom, no sink stopper in the bathroom sink and the entire room smelled like mildew. If I hadn't had the long day I had I would have immediately checked out and found another place to stay. I will never be staying here again. GROSS

This was the cleanest La Quinta I’ve stayed at in a while. Always stayed away from them because they were just not up to par. I tried it because of the price and the location. I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, very big room ( accessible and close to elevator didn’t need my scooter). Only thing is I wish hotel rooms would come with fans. Totally forgot mine at home.
