The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. However, housekeeping rang the doorbell around 9:00 a.m., which was a bit disruptive, and the casino and sports bar staff were rude.

Property has an elegant feel and staff are equally elegant. We were there pre-op/post-op for a family member. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our request(towels,bellman,valet,etc.) were granted quickly and happily. The outlets were loose and difficult to make a good connection. The construction going on was a minor distraction. Overall a very pleasant stay.

First off check in went smooth. The room…. Left something to be desired. The mattress was crappy as hell. Felt like it was 20yrs old. Night stand was falling apart and there was a stain on the sheet. Food was way overpriced for the quality. Supposed to be bbq on Sunday in the buffet. Supposed to have ribs and there was none but paid full price for the buffet. Got sick at the red lotus food sucked for the price. The sports book was good food. Will never stay here again. In the bathroom it felt Iike something was on the tile floor making it slippery. Almost fell twice getting out the shower and it was a handicapped shower so it’s not like I had to step into the shower. Chair in the room was worn out on the arm rests.

The hallway smelled musty, like dirt and sweat. The room smelled even stronger, the bed sheets had the same musty smell. I was so uncomfortable sleeping in there because the smell was so bad. By far this was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed at.
