This pretty house located in a quiet area and in the heart of the Champagne countryside, it gives by its location many possibilities for various and varied outings, since it is 10 minutes from the A4 motorway, 30 minutes from Reims, 25 minutes from Epernay and about 45 minutes from Disneyland.

It is equipped with a very bright living room-dining room, open and equipped kitchen: electric oven, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment, coffee machine.

It also has a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, with a beautiful view of the vineyard, as well as a garage and parking space.

In terms of sleeping, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 cot, sheets are provided. Bathroom with bathtub and a 2nd toilet. Towels are also available.
