A very nice lodge in the Puerto Rican mountains. We only stayed one night but we would like to go back again.

Poor

Hard time to checkin because they could not find my reservation made a month ago, no hot water available, only one soap for two people, poor air conditioner, poor maintenance of surrounding gardens. The only positive was the location… beautiful scenery.

Check in was not great

After a long travel went to check in and the guy in the front said i did not have a reservation. He could not get a hold of the owner of the property. I called vrbo and they couldnt get a hold either. I messaged the owner after a couple of hours and his response was short. I wanted to make this spot my vacation spot but next time I'll book somewhere esle.

I had to check in around 8PM or manage an early check in; I had been calling the property days before my arrival date but received no answer. On my third attempt I received a text requesting I texted, so I did but I received NO reply. I got to the property around 8PM on my arrival date and the office was closed. Thankfuly someone from the hotel stopped by the office and managed to assist us. He told us that they do not do check ins after 7PM. He could not access my reservation in the hotel; by Gods grace he gave me a room key with my own reservation confirmation and evidence of payment. I still dont know what we would have done if that person did not stop by.

No tenían nuestra reservación. Mala comunicación. Nunca se comunicaron. Nos dieron otra habitación en otro lugar fuera de la propiedad si aire acondicionado y sin jabón para bañarse y el ruido de la calle era demasiado intenso. No me gustó nada la experiencia

Una propiedad hermosa y tranquila, perfecta para despejar la mente. Personal amable, hubo un pequeño problema al hacer Check In,ya que no aparecía mi reservación, pero sin ningún problema y las evidencias requeridas nos aceptaron y la pasamos increíble.
