The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The location is acceptable and convenient for getting around the city. That said, the rooms are very small. The bed is small, and the bathroom is extremely tight. The shower barely fits one person, and I am not a large person. There is no space or shelving in the bathroom to place personal items. Soundproofing is poor, so if you have neighbors, you will hear everything. During my stay, I was moved to different rooms three times, which was inconvenient. Overall, it may work for a very short stay if location matters more than comfort, but it is not ideal if you value space, privacy, or quiet.

The property is located close to a metro. There are plenty of nearby cafés to grab a bite, and the property is also close to a grocery store and laundromat. Staff (David) was a pleasure to deal with during check-in! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Barcelona.

Guy at the front desk was intentionally difficult when trying to book a stay in person at the hotel. He prioritized being intentionally and obviously difficult over doing his job, to the point I had to walk away from an extremely simple request. You could tell it was the best part of his day. The request was handled in about 2 minutes by a different employee compared to about 15 full of tension like a school child who is upset. I was trying to give the business 150 euro to stay another day. Id not recommend this place if this guy works here still.
