Hostal Ambos Mundos is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants close by. It was clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint is that we were unaware that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Diah was an awesome, helping us getting our luggage up and down the stairs though.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to get my room ready early when my flight plans changed. The lovely little touches such as the wine, bag, ear plugs and hand written postcard meant so much to me. The coffee station with daily fruit and muffins was a really nice touch.
